À propos
Inès ALEXANDRE
Born in Martinique, FRANCE.
Work mostly in Montpellier.
Based this year in Brisbane, AUSTRALIE.
Discover the decorative art on cardboard through my skills in 2D sculpture,
water based painting on cardboard, outline drawing, collage and recycling cardboard.
Surely you have earlier seen my illustraions, volume in landscape. The wild world and the botany are a surprising source of inspiration for it! Other themes, more odd, emerge at the occasion from my travel.

In “slow design” spirit, I shape my know-how!
I respect the environnement for what it offers me with small series production. Thus, I look after less chemical footprint (adhesive, medium choices) and eco-friendly treatment (material, local suppliers) with my craft creations; for a minimalism and colorful design.
Here, the cardboard is staged for its similar qualities with wood. Beauty, tint, industrial texture and noble recycling highlight it nature.
This craft type, in recycled and recyclable material, exhibits a possible alternative to home decor standardisation.
Invest in interior landscapes, giving a special touch to our well-being and a precious care to environmental management; this is a view
of the current “Art and Environment”.
